Emergency Information

If you have an urgent issue related to your water and sewer service, call the District phone number at (847) 604-8280 Monday through Friday (9am - 5pm) and (847) 363-3636 afterhours and weekends.  Please leave your name, address and phone number on the  message.  Less urgent matters can be handled by emailing us a detailed message at info@gsd.illinois.gov.  It is our goal to respond within 24 hours of receiving your email.

The District is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergency situations that involve mainline breaks, service line leaks, sewer blockages, sewer manhole problems, and more.  You can contact the District at 847-363-3636.

The Finance Manager handles water and sewer billing for the District. To change your account information, billing issues, direct debts, and any other billing or account issue please contact the Finance Manager at 847-604-8280 or via email at info@gsd.illinois.gov.
